Boston Bruins 2021 Wine Pairing

Pellegrino Passito di Pantelleria 2019, Boston Bruins 2021 Wine Pairing

Wine notes

Passito di Pantelleria is a unique and delicious dessert wine from Italy. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes used for this wine are dried out on straw resulting in the sugars being very concentrated – think of it as a Mediterranean version of Ice Wine from Niagara.

The most prominent taste on the palette is honey, so watch out when you open this bottle because Blades the Bruin (Boston’s Mascot) might show up for a glass.

Team notes

For the past 15 years the Boston Bruins have been treating their opponents as three course meals. The “Perfection Line”, comprised of Bergeron, Marchand, and Pastrnak, are always a threat to put up points while shutting down the opposition’s top line.

Regardless if you you love them or hate them, the Boston Bruins are always a treat to watch. Make it even more of a treat with a glass or few of Pellegrino Passito di Pantelleria 2019.
