New York Rangers 2022 Wine Pairing: Ferrari Brut
Wine Notes
Trentino-Alto Adige aka Trento DOC is the region in Italy that produces sparkling wine comparable to Champagne. Ferrari Brut is vibrant, just like the young core of the New York Rangers. This wine also comes with prestige as it was named the Official Toast of the 2021 Formula 1 season. From the international race track to the greatest sports venue in the world, Madison Square Garden, Ferrari Brut is the go to wine this year for watching the New York Rangers.
For all of you New Yorkers, you can find Ferrari Brut at Eataly for $25 USD. It is also available at the SAQ in Quebec for $25.20 CAD

Team notes
The New York Rangers are a team full of youth and skill. This combination should position the Blueshirts to make a push in the playoffs this year. This is no easy task in a division that is full of grit and skill that will see them grinding it out against the Islanders and Flyers, while trying to outscore the Penguins and Hurricanes.
There is one team in the Metropolitan Division that is both skilled and heavy, the Washington Capitals, a team that has no problem pretending they are a cat hunting goldfish in a fishbowl: as seen in the final days of the 2021 NHL Season when Tom Wilson decided that might is right in the NHL. The Rangers looked to the NHL to set a standard for what they believed to be grotesque displays of violence against their team but little was done, so the Rangers went out and picked up the biggest cat they could find – a Lion by the name of Ryan Reeves.
In response to what the Rangers saw as a lack of action by the NHL, they have decided to take the action into their own hands and turn Madison Square Garden into a jungle, and we all know what happened the last time Tom Wilson stepped into a jungle.
Ferrari Brut + the New York Rangers are a pairing worthy of the bright lights that illuminate center stage at Madison Square Garden.
Cheers!
