St. Louis Blues 2023 Wine Pairing

Cono Sur Pinot Noir Organic 2021

St. Louis Blues 2023 Wine Pairing

Wine Notes:

This is a very standard bubble-gum Pinot Noir from South America. This is a juicy and persistent wine that is deep red in colour with hints of cherry and raspberry scents and tastes – be on the lookout for for some toasty flavours. Cono Sur Pinot Noir Organic 2021 is made from organically grown grapes certified by the ECOCERT. This another fantastic entry level Pinot Noir that is a great demonstration of the versatility of the varietal based on terroir.
