Gato Negro Pinot Noir
Wine Notes:
This is an easy drinking Pinot Noir that is a great way to introduce yourself to the variety. The main aroma to look for when swirling your glass is Strawberries. When looking at this wine you should expect to see a red-ruby colour. Overall this is a very balanced wine that will not have too much acidity or astringency from the tannins. Serve the wine slightly chilled at 50º F.
