Thornbury Pinot Noir
Wine Notes:
From the Winery:
The 2020 Thornbury Pinot Noir is beautifully perfumed, rich and full-bodied, with hints of spice, dried herb, cherry, and violet notes. The palate is soft and juicy with a silky velvet texture.
Pinot Noir grown on the dry, predominantly clay derived soils of Southern Clays sub region make up the components of this Thornbury Pinot Noir. Dry hot summers and cool nights produce low yielding vines, ideal for the development of intense flavour and tannin.

After five unsuccessful playoff runs between 1975-1979 the team would go on to win four Stanley Cups in a row led by NHL Hall of Fame legends Denis Potvin, Mike Bossy, Bryan Trottier, and goalie Billy Smith.
