From the winery:
Character: With a deep ruby color, this wine evokes raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, we find accents drawing on the undergrowth, spicy aromas of tobacco and cocoa beans.
On the palate it is a whole wine, rich in body and fruit with a nice roundness and fleshy at maturity.
Food and wine pairings: It will appeal wonderfully to grilled red meats, offal in sauce, kidneys, beef tongue, and all meats in sauce such as beef bourguignon or coq au vin.
Serving temperature : To be served between 14 and 16°C.
