Wine Description
This barrel fermented Pinot Noir Rosé shows bright notes of cherries, raspberries, lemon-lime, and a hint of spices. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with red fruit and citrus flavours with a rich, balanced finish.
There is a uniqueness to this rosé because it is a wonderful example of the versatility of Pinot Noir. As part of the Heritage Collection, this wine is from the estate grown Pinot Noir grapes at Marynissen and will be a great option for developing your Ontario VQA Rosé palate.
This wine is a safe bet to start or finish the night and can be paired with almost anything you are planning on serving while watching the Tampa Bay Lightning.
