The Stars and Adamo Sogno have more in common than just annual quality. Both come from somehwere else – The Dallas Stars were originally the Minnesota North Stars and moved to Dallas in the 90s. The Chardonnay grapes used for the 2022 Sogno are sourced from Four Mile Creek and then made into wine at Adamo’s facilities in Hockley Valley.

Wine Description
From the winery:
Fruit-forward with aromas of yellow stone fruits, hints of white flowers and perfumed notes of grapefruit rind. Fresh and crisp fruit qualities are the focus of this wine.
The palate that matches its aromatics; a medley of nectarines, yellow peach and citrus zest. The mid-palate is focused and clean with undertones of honey, lemon and gooseberry. A Chardonnay beautifully balanced between a smooth mid-palate with a light creaminess and a crisp acidity with a refreshing finish. This is a great wine to have on its own or paired with light snacks.
