Nashville Predators 2024 Team Pairing

Adamo Estate Winery, 2021 Estate Chardonnay Musqué

Music City gets a Chardonnay Musqué.

This year Adamo Estate Winery is paired with NHL teams in non-traditional hockey markets.

Why?

Because generally people don’t think of the Hockley Valley (about 1 hour 30 minutes north of Toronto) as one of Ontario’s wine growing regions. Adamo Estate Winery has the ambition and drive to change this. The same way that Nashville has become one of the hottest hockey destinations.

Chill this wine well, throw on some Country Pop, and enjoy watching one of the NHL’s most physical and entertaining teams.

Wine Details

From the winery:

Appearance: A bright golden straw colour with silver hues.

Aromas: An intense bouquet with lots of flowers, cantaloupe melon and blood orange with hints of vanilla and guava. Underlying notes of ripe citrus fruits and pear.

Palate: An elegant wine focused, tight and fruit driven on the palate. A nicely balanced wine on the freshness with minerality and spices, flavours of pear, ripe lemon, toasted brioche and oak add structure throughout. Underlying hints of apricot round out this complex and tightly focused Chardonnay. This refreshing Chardonnay Musqué drinks well on its own and pairs with fresh seafood and barbecued chicken.
